Speech & Language Pathologists

BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Primarily responsible for assessing the special needs of at-risk infants and toddlers as a member of the Early Intervention Team. Full-time, part-time or hourly positions available.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of a Master's degree from an accredited school of speech and language pathology.
  • For the Early Start Program, one (1) year of paid experience as a staff level Speech & Language Therapist preferred. Experience in the evaluation and treatment of infants, toddlers and/or young children.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in speech/language pathology from the American Speech and Hearing Association.
  • California State License to practice speech/language pathology, as issued by the State of California Board of Medical Examiners.
  • Position # PE - 20

Occupational Therapists (OTR/L)

BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide evaluations, consultations, & treatment for pediatric clients with physical and developmental disabilities, and provide therapy services designed to maximize client functioning.
  • Work with school age children in our early intervention program and make a difference.
  • Flexible schedule.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited school of occupational therapy.
  • One (1) year of equivalent paid experience as a staff Occupational Therapist preferred.
  • Experience in the evaluation and treatment of children.
  • School, Early Intervention, SI or NDT experience a plus.
  • Will train new grads or therapists wanting to learn a new concentration within their discipline.
  • Position # PE - 11

Physical Therapists

BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To evaluate pediatric clients with physical and developmental disabilities and provide therapy services designed to maximize client functioning.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited school of physical therapy.
  • Licensure with the California State Board of Medical Examiners as a Physical Therapist.
  • One (1) year if equivalent paid experience as a staff Physical Therapist preferred.
  • Experience in the evaluation and treatment of children.
  • Position # PE - 19

Assisting Supervising Occupational Therapist

BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assisting the Supervising Occupational Therapist in providing direct supervision to all occupational therapy staff team members in the field  including, but not limited to, accompanying team member to appointments as well as providing supervision in a clinical and/or warm water therapy setting.
  • Provide evaluations, consultations, & treatment for pediatric clients with physical and developmental disabilities, and provide therapy services designed to maximize client functioning.
  • Work with early intervention and/or school age children in our program and make a difference

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school of Occupational Therapy
  • Two (2) years of equivalent paid experience as a staff Occupational Therapist preferred
  • Experience in the evaluation and treatment of children
  • School, Early Intervention, SI or NDT experience a plus
  • Previous supervisory and/or program director experience preferred
  • CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year) acceptible


Community Skills Trainers

  • Seeking team players to fill hourly positions in an adult day program providing hands-on assistance and training to adults with disabilities.
